Acis Group, a charity that manages 7,000 properties, has adopted telematics solutions from Trakm8.
The charity initially connected with Trakm8 at the 2024 Commercial Vehicle Show, when it was looking to introduce a telematics solution to improve driver behaviour and road safety, while reducing operational costs.
Acis Group operates a fleet of 57 engineer vans, helping manage properties across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire.
It initially opted for the C430D telematics device, but later switched to the more advanced RH600 4G Integrated Telematics Camera.
The system has a road-facing camera and a driver facing camera, and delivers real-time insights into speed, location and driver behaviour, and provides alerts for risky driving.
In addition to the telematics devices, Acis Group opted for Trackm8’s Insight Business platform, a solution that delivers driver behaviour analysis, vehicle health diagnostics and live odometer readings.
The platform also gives fleet managers access to customisable reports, dashboard and alerts, while integrating dashcam footage and telematics data to speed up collision investigations.

Procurement Services managed the procurement, through the Vehicle Telematics and Associated Services Framework, which ensures non-profits can access solutions from vetted suppliers such as Trackm8.
