The Association of Fleet Professionals (AFP) has announced that its 2026 Annual Conference will take place on Wednesday 13th May 2026.
Registration is open now and members will be asked which topics are of most interest to them, in order for the AFP to shape the day’s schedule.
The 2026 AFP Annual Conference will be held at The British Motor Museum in Gaydon.
It is sponsored by Ayvens and Farizon, while more than 250 are expected to attend.
Paul Hollick (pictured), chair at the AFP, said: “The AFP Conference is now firmly established as one of the highlights of the fleet industry calendar and has developed an identity that is firmly based around offering practical advice to fleet managers.
“Our aim is that every one of our members who attends will leave with ideas and strategies they can apply to their business easily and quickly.
“The accent is completely on practicality and real-world results.
“This year, more than ever, we’re aiming to make the event as responsive as possible to current fleet manager needs, and we’re urging everyone who registers to provide their thoughts on the areas that they’d like to see covered.
“The conference always serves as a useful moment to stop and consider the progress that we have made both since the creation of the AFP.
“For 2026, we have much to report, including a 28% growth in membership, the launch of our shared charging service, the creation of the AFP app and record training numbers for the AFP Fleet Academy.
“Our trajectory is very much upwards.”
