The Association of Fleet Professionals’ (AFP) third annual AFP Expo will take place on 10th September 2025 at the British Motor Museum in Gaydon, reflecting the event’s continued growth.
Sponsored by Ayvens, the event was designed to bring together AFP members and other fleet professionals for a day of networking, learning and discussion.
The new venue will host both an exhibition area – where fleet support providers can showcase their services – and a series of round-table sessions aimed at tackling key industry topics.
Matt Hammond, vice chair at the AFP, said: “The premise of the AFP Expo is to gather our members together in order to share challenges, insights and solutions.
“We aim to make the day as productive as possible, giving delegates the opportunity to access people, information and services that can help them with current fleet management issues but also update them on future opportunities.”
The round-table topics were selected based on attendee suggestions, ensuring the content remains directly relevant to those managing and supporting fleets across the UK.
Hammond added: “The overall aim is to enable useful, practical conversations to take place.”
The decision to relocate to the British Motor Museum marks a milestone for the Expo, which has seen year-on-year growth in attendance and is now regarded as a key event in the fleet calendar.
Hammond said: “We now see [the British Motor Museum] as the home of our events.
“The AFP Expo is at least partially a shop window for what the AFP offers and anyone who plays a role in the running of their company’s fleet is welcome to come along, find out about our organisation, and hopefully recognise the huge advantages of joining.”
The AFP has extended an open invitation to non-members, encouraging professionals from across the sector to experience the event first-hand and engage with its work.
Hammond added: “We’d also like to thank Ayvens for their support this year.
“Sponsorship of this kind helps to make events such as the Expo possible.”
