Business Car Manager Verdict
For a weekend of driving we’d love to be handed the keys to an Alfa Romeo 4C, but in terms of owning one we’d spend our money on a Porsche Cayman.
The 4C’s appeal lies in its raw, pure driving experience that’s akin to something like a Caterham or a Lotus. But the thing is, the Porsche offers 95 per cent of the Alfa’s fun but with a relaxed and refined character that sees it much more suited for everyday driving. And for business use.
In short: the 4C is seriously flawed but it’s so good-looking and so much fun on the right road that we still find ourselves pining for it even if 99 days out of 100 we’d be wishing for the Cayman.
