BUSINESS mobility specialist Alphabet has announced a new collaboration with EDF Energy.

It will see Alphabet work closely with EDF through its Electric Vehicle (EV) consultancy service, AlphaElectric, to advise fleet customers about EV charging points and supply bespoke infrastructure to suit individual plug-in needs.

A statement from Alphabet explained:“The new partnership with EDF Energy is expected to boost customer confidence in selecting EVs by bringing together specialist advice from both companies on best-fit charging solutions for home and workplace including guidance on modes and speeds of charging infrastructure, as well as the types of charging cables available for selection.

“Customers will also receive detailed advice on load and power requirements, alongside managing ongoing maintenance, installation and warranty protection.”
