ARB Truckman appoints Neil Scott as general manager
ARB Truckman has appointed Neil Scott as general manager, returning to the business after nearly 9 years at Isuzu UK as it looks to expand beyond pick-ups into vans, SUVs and passenger vehicles.

ARB Truckman has appointed Neil Scott as general manager, marking his return to the Dudley-based vehicle accessories business after almost a decade with Isuzu UK.
Scott will report to managing director Richard Langman and oversee day-to-day operations across ARB UK and Truckman, including manufacturing, marketing, sales and customer experience.
The appointment comes as the company looks to strengthen its relationships with OEM pick-up partners while expanding its accessories offering into the car and van sectors.
Scott first joined Truckman 15 years ago as a sales executive before progressing to business development manager. He then spent nearly 9 years at Isuzu UK in senior commercial and operational roles covering manufacturer relationships, multi-site operations, supply chain management and route-to-market strategy.
Neil Scott, general manager at ARB Truckman, said: “Returning to ARB Truckman feels like coming home. The business has evolved enormously since I was last here, with an expanded product portfolio, stronger manufacturing capabilities and two highly respected brands that are perfectly positioned for the future.
“The market is changing rapidly, particularly within the pick-up sector, but with change comes opportunity. We have an incredibly strong foundation through our OEM partnerships, our manufacturing expertise and the globally recognised ARB brand. My focus is on bringing every area of the business closer together, so we operate more efficiently, market more effectively and continue delivering exceptional products and service for our customers.
“At the same time, we’re looking beyond the traditional pick-up market. There is huge potential to grow our presence in the car and van sectors, bringing the same premium quality, innovation and customer support that have made Truckman and ARB trusted names for decades. It’s an exciting time to be back, and I’m looking forward to helping shape the next chapter of the business.”
Richard Langman, managing director at ARB Truckman, added: “Neil’s return is a significant appointment for the business and one that we’re incredibly excited about. He knows our people, our customers and our products, but just as importantly he returns with almost a decade of invaluable OEM experience that gives us an even stronger understanding of how manufacturers and dealer networks operate.
