AUDI is launching a new premium rental service called Audi on demand.
Under the new service, Audi vehicles can be rented from one day up to 28 days.
The first Audi on demand centre is in Oldham, near Manchester. Edinburgh and Glasgow Audi On Demand centres will follow shortly, along with Newcastle and Birmingham centres in September. Audi says it is planning a nationwide network for on demand.
Cars can be rented from £70 a day (Audi A1) up to £190 (Audi S5 Sportback). Prices include unlimited mileage, fully comprehensive insurance, Roadside Assistance, along with delivery and collection within 30 miles.
According to Audi, its on demand service is the first wave of a new range of mobility services centred around customer flexibility and convenience.
Audi on demand is initially a consumer offering. However, plans are underway to introduce Audi on demand for business and residential use.
Andrew Doyle, Director of Audi, said: “Audi on demand is the premium mobility service with a difference. It neatly packages convenience, flexibility and ease of use into every booking and enables our customers to tap into a bespoke experience that is fitting of the Audi brand and maintains the exceptionally high levels of service that we are committed to from start to finish.
“The traditional model of ownership is consistently evolving and this innovative concept firmly puts Audi UK ahead when it comes to meeting consumer demand and transforming into a digital premium car company.”
