Ayvens has extended its 20-year partnership with FMG by signing a multi-year incident management contract.

Through the contract, FMG will provide Ayvens customers with 24/7 incident management, intending to reduce the impact of accidents on fleet operations.

FMG offers self-service online incident reporting through its Electric Notification of Loss (ENOL) service, which automatically activates fleet services following a report.

Customers are then able to book and monitor repairs, and access replacement vehicles, through FMG Connect.

Rodger Sutcliffe, senior operations manager at Ayvens, said: “We place great importance on partnerships that align with our high standards of service excellence, and the success of our relationship with FMG is built upon years of collaboration, open communication and shared values.

“Through the power of data analytics and our rich data set from Ayvens fleet, we’re perfectly positioned to stay informed, adapt quickly and embrace innovation together.”
