Ayvens has been appointed the top-ranked supplier on the Halton Housing Framework, a national fleet procurement agreement managed by MUFG Corporate Markets. The framework provides over 250 public sector bodies—including housing associations, local authorities, NHS Trusts and emergency services—with access to fleet funding and management solutions for a wide range of vehicle types.

Following a national tender process, Ayvens was selected for its consultative approach, data-led insights, and expertise in fleet decarbonisation. The framework covers contract hire and flexi-hire solutions for cars, light and heavy commercial vehicles, as well as employee car salary sacrifice schemes.

Jessica Chapman, corporate sales director at Ayvens, said: “We’re pleased to be awarded a place on this well-established framework and honoured to be named number one supplier. This reflects our continued investment in providing value-driven solutions to the housing and public sectors. Through this framework, we look forward to working closely with organisations to support smarter fleet choices and accelerate their sustainability goals.”

Judith Eadie of MUFG Corporate Markets said: “We’re delighted to welcome Ayvens onto the Halton Housing Framework. Their investment in fleet and new technology is testament to their commitment to deliver the highest standards of service. We look forward to a long successful partnership.”

Organisations accessing the framework will also be able to use Ayvens’ digital insights platform, TCO+ Insights, which offers reporting and analytics based on total cost of ownership, lifecycle planning, and emissions data from the UK’s largest leased vehicle portfolio.

Ayvens’ appointment follows recent industry recognition, including being named Leasing Company of the Year at both the 2024 GreenFleet Awards and the 2025 WhatVan? Awards.
