THE beefed up and sportier appearance provided by M Sport specification will be available from September on the new BMW 5 Series range.

That will be welcome news to most small business owners – M Sport is specified on the majority of 5 Series.

It will also coincide with availability of Touring estate and the availability of the twin turbo 299hp 535d Saloon. The 2.0-litre diesel version of the BMW 5 Series, the 520d, went on sale June.

The M Sport package offers M Sports suspension, an M aerodynamics package and 18-inch double spoke design M light alloys.

Inside there are sports seats, M leather-clad steering wheel, an M gear lever knob, anthracite roof lining and M aluminium hexagon interior trim strips.

Further options include 19-inch M light alloys as well as an M rear spoiler for the saloon.
