BMW Group names Neil Fiorentinos as UK and Ireland CEO

BMW Group has appointed Neil Fiorentinos as chief executive officer of BMW Group UK and Ireland, effective from 1st September 2026.

Fiorentinos succeeds David George, who is leaving the business to take up a leadership opportunity outside the company. George has led BMW Group UK and Ireland since January 2024, during which time the company said he played a key role in maintaining BMW’s leadership in the UK premium vehicle segment.

Fiorentinos currently serves as chief executive officer of BMW Group Central and Southeastern Europe, based in Salzburg, where he oversees commercial operations across 12 countries.

Having joined BMW Group in South Africa in 1994, he has held a number of senior leadership positions across the business, including chief executive officer of BMW Netherlands and president and chief executive officer of BMW Group Asia.

BMW Group said Fiorentinos brings more than 30 years of international experience spanning sales, marketing and leadership across its global operations. His appointment remains subject to approval by the Financial Conduct Authority.
