BMW i3 car review – could this be the car to convince your business to go electric?

Wonderfully stylish and wonderfully cheap to run. As long as you don’t want to run very far.

Could this be The One to change the way businesses think about electric cars…?

What is it?

….because it looks terrific…

It’s supposedly a revolution in electric cars – the BMW i3.

There are a few things that make this different from your average zero emissions car, with the first being it’s got a lightweight, hi-tech carbon fibre body. (Click here for more on this.)

What’s more, the BMW i3 is rear-wheel drive so it’s promising to be fun as well as efficient.

If the theoretical 125-mile range doesn’t float your boat then BMW will sell you a Range-Extender version which also comes fitted with a 650cc motorcycle engine which should boost range to more like 200 miles.

…and it’s fun to drive too. But what about range?
