The Bott Group has announced the acquisition of Van Guard Accessories, a UK-based manufacturer of van accessories, security, and storage solutions. The move strengthens Bott’s position as a market leader in commercial vehicle conversions and supports its goal of doubling annual turnover to €500 million by 2030.
The acquisition allows Bott to integrate Van Guard’s roof storage and security products into its offering, boosting its ability to deliver fully integrated solutions for fleets and trades. Van Guard’s national customer base and online presence will also provide a new route to market for Bott’s expanded services.
