Business Van Awards success forms part of Renault UK’s record-breaking awards year

Renault UK’s performance at the Business Van Awards helped anchor a record-breaking 2025 for the brand, which secured 83 industry awards across passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.

Over the year, Renault averaged one accolade every five days, surpassing its previous high of 53 awards in 2024.

At the Business Van Awards 2025, Renault’s light commercial vehicle range featured prominently, with the Master named Best Large Van and Business Van of the Year, alongside further recognition for the Master E-Tech and Kangoo E-Tech.

The results underlined Renault’s strength in the van market, particularly as fleets balance payload, running costs and the transition to zero-emission drivetrains.

Electric vehicles accounted for more than 61% of all Renault awards during the year, with every current Renault electric model picking up at least one trophy.

Within the van line-up, the Master E-Tech continued to build momentum, collecting multiple accolades for its electric capability while retaining strong appeal among operators requiring larger payloads and longer duty cycles.

Across the wider range, the Renault 5 E-Tech electric emerged as the single most decorated model of 2025, winning 30 awards including the International Car of the Year title.

The Renault 4 E-Tech electric also made an immediate impact, collecting 8 awards within months of launch, while hybrid models such as the Clio and Rafale were recognised for offering lower-emission options alongside full electrification.
