Paul Hollick, chair of the SME Company Car of the Year judgesPaul Hollick, The Miles Consultancy

Paul is the managing director of The Miles Consultancy (TMC), the fuel purchasing and mileage management specialists, as well being chairman of the Institute of Car Fleet Management (ICFM).

 A qualified chartered accountant, Paul began his fleet career at Inchcape Fleet Solutions where he was head of finance and for four years before joining Alphabet in 2007.

At Alphabet, Paul was part of their executive team where he headed up all their sales and marketing activities, while leading innovation, development and delivery of new products into the UK market.

Paul is also chairman of the Business Car Manager SME Company Car of the Year Awards 2017.

Jon GilbertJon Gilbert, Vanarama

Jon Gilbert is the commercial director of Autorama UK and its van sales brand Vanarama, one of the biggest van leasing brokers in the UK.

Jon is responsible for ensuring the systems, processes and Vanarama people are all set up, designed and trained to deliver the very best customer service in the most efficient way, and has just overseen the move to the company’s new Hemel Hempstead headquarters.

A vastly experienced industry professional, Jon’s CV includes senior roles with Alphabet, ING Car Lease and Masternaut.

Rob Whalley - apdRob Whalley, APD Global Research
Rob Whalley has over 40 years’ experience in the motor industry with half of that directly in the fleet and leasing sector. He started as a graduate trainee with British Leyland, and went on to become managing director of Fleetlease, now part of Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions. More recently he founded his own consulting company (Montford Associates) in 2014 and became ceo of APD Global Reasearch – a leading global market research company in the automotive industry specialising in customer experience. Rob is a Fellow of the Institute of the Motor Industry.
Eddie Parker - ArvalEddie Parker, Arval
Eddie is highly experienced. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the CV market place, both in the UK and Worldwide covering manufacturers, dealer networks, leasing providers  and automotive consultancy. Currently Eddie is Fleet CV Consultant EMEA for Arval where he is responsible for the UK’s fastest growing LCV lease fleet, expanding at over 10% per annum.
Andy Picton - Glass'sAndy Picton, Glass’s
Andy is Glass’s senior commercial vehicle editor, managing the industry-leading team of valuation experts. Andy joined Glass’s in 2002 and has an extensive background in the commercial vehicle industry. Having previously worked for Barclays and LeasePlan, he has also had the opportunity to work closely with manufacturers, leasing companies, traders, dealers and auction houses. Andy is also passionate about football, music and certainly commercial vehicles.
Duncan Ward - BCADuncan Ward, BCA
Duncan Ward joined the auction specialists BCA in 1985 as a management trainee based at the former Old Trafford site in Manchester.  In 1987, an opportunity in LCV sales saw him focus his career on the commercial vehicle sector, becoming head of commercial vehicle sales in 2001. Since then, Duncan has become regional operational director, based at BCA Belle Vue, Manchester, while continuing to focus on BCA’s market leading commercial vehicle sales programme. Duncan was involved in setting up the widely respected BCA LCV Forum in 2001 and, with nearly 30 years’ commercial vehicle remarketing experience, he is a well-known commentator and speaker on the used commercial vehicle sector.
