Cary Group has acquired Masterglass Windscreens Limited in the UK, which trades as Autoglazing, marking the company’s second acquisition in the country outside of its existing business, National Windscreens.

“The acquisition of Masterglass Windscreens Limited is an important part of our strategy to further strengthen our market position in the United Kingdom. It is a well-established provider of automotive vehicle glass, repair, replacement and ADAS calibration services in East Anglia in the UK. By integrating it into our existing network, we enhance our ability to meet increasing demand, particularly in the insurance and fleet sector, where our organic growth has already positioned National Windscreens as a trusted provider. We look forward to welcoming the team to Cary Group,” said Anders Jensen, CEO of Cary Group.

Masterglass has been owned and operated for more than 30 years by Andrew Hodge, who will now take on the role of national fleet account director at National Windscreens.

The UK is Cary Group’s second largest market. The company’s acquisition strategy is focused on platform acquisitions to enter new geographic areas, add-on acquisitions to strengthen its presence in existing regions, and smaller transactions to build local scale.

Over the past four years, Cary Group has completed a series of both platform and add-on acquisitions across Europe.
