CBVC Vehicle Management has appointed Michelle George as its new commercial director, with a remit to develop its salary sacrifice proposition and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients.

Michelle brings more than a decade of experience in finance, insurance, and business development. She joins the Staffordshire-based fleet management company from ElectriX, part of LV Insurance, where she was strategic partnership manager. During her time at ElectriX, she played a key role in its partnership with CBVC, helping to secure successful salary sacrifice agreements and develop new business.

“I am delighted to join CBVC, having led the ElectriX partnership working with CBVC over the last three years,” said Michelle. “CBVC always stood out to me for its great customer service and innovative methods of working. I am excited about the opportunity to continue the salary sacrifice journey, raising awareness among employers about the fantastic benefits they can offer their employees.”

She added that salary sacrifice represented a key opportunity for growth in 2025, forming part of a wider fleet solution that includes flexi-rental, short-term and long-term leasing, and driver compliance services.

Mike Manners, managing director of CBVC, said: “We are delighted to welcome Michelle to CBVC. She has the dynamism and drive to improve our business across the range of fleet management services that we provide. And having experienced her professionalism over the last three years in our relationship with LV ElectriX, I’m convinced she will be a superb addition to our team.”
