CoolKit has achieved the re-certification of its ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 14001 Environmental certifications, with no non-conformities.

Over the past year, CoolKit has improved air quality in its facilities, installed cranage systems for safer mechanical handling, enhanced its management of hazardous products and reduced waste.

CoolKit said that the environmental certification makes it one of the few vehicle converters to have an externally audited environmental accreditation.

The ISO 9001 Quality certification recognises the firm’s commitment to maintaining high-quality management systems across all operations.

Patrick McKimm, sales director at CoolKit, said: “We see our ISO 14001 certification as a point of genuine distinction in the industry, whilst it is not required, it underpins what we set out to achieve as a business.

“CoolKit are sustainably minded in everything we do, and maintaining our ISO 14001 certification is proof of that.

“Our commitment to continuous improvement of our operations & processes not only benefits the environment, but it also shows customers that we are a supplier they can trust and depend upon.”
