Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles UK has confirmed the appointment of David Hanna (pictured) as its new director, effective from 1st October 2025.
Hanna brings more than 20 years of automotive experience to the role, having held positions across both OEM and retail groups.
Since joining Volkswagen Group UK in 2014, he has worked within Audi, Volkswagen Passenger Cars and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, where he previously held a number of senior roles before returning now to lead the brand.
Hanna said: “Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is a fantastic brand with class-leading products and an incredible history. It also has one of the best team of retailers in the UK through its Van Centre Network.
“I’m excited to be able to lead the team in the UK, and am very much looking forward to working with them and the network again in order to continue the success of the brand.”
