Not long enough to make a decision?
No problem, as Volvo also operates 48 hour test drives for business car users at its dealers.
Should they not have the Volvo you’re after, they can call upon a centralised Volvo Business Sales fleet, which should be able to help by despatching the correct car to the dealer.
Commenting on this, Head of Business Sales, Selwyn Cooper said:“Giving the customer a chance to experience a test drive for as long as possible is an important step in the offer from Volvo.
“A customer could choose a car after a 30 minute test drive, but that 30 minutes could have an impact on what they’ll be driving for the next few years.
“With a 48 hour test drive from Volvo it allows the customer to fully immerse themselves in the driving experience and in a much more relaxed and unrushed manner.”
Dealer group, Inchcape, operates its own scheme called Drive it Your Way, whereby a car will be delivered to your home or office and left in your possession for up to 12 hours. The programme is designed to give drivers a chance to analyse cars in a way that simply wouldn’t be feasible on a conventional test drive.
