Drax EV opens Coventry depot to meet fleet electrification demand

Drax Electric Vehicles, supplier of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions for businesses, has opened a depot in Coventry to meet increased demand brought on by higher levels of fleet electrification.
Adam Hall (pictured, right), director of Drax Electric Vehicles and BMM Energy Solutions, said: “Electric vehicle charging is a growth area.
“With our experience and the new premises, we aim to employ 120 staff and operate two additional depots.”
Located on the Holbrook Park industrial estate, the facility will house both office and meeting facilities for Drax, as well as the firm’s EV charger installation business, BMM Energy Solutions.
BMM Energy Solutions has been installing EV chargers for 12 years, with customers including, Arnold Clark, Euro Garages, and Morrisons.
