DS has launched the No7, the replacement for the 7 SUV, with hybrid and electric vehicle (EV) variants offered.
The electric DS No7 E-TENSE has up to 460 miles of range in the front wheel drive LONG RANGE variant, or up to 421 miles of range and 375PS in the all wheel drive LONG RANGE model.
An entry-level model with a smaller battery offers 337 miles of range.
It can charge from 20% to 80% in as little as 27 minutes, depending on battery configuration.
Hybrid models are powered by a 1.2-litre turbocharged three-cylinder engine and a 28PS electric motor, for a total output of 145PS.
The electric motor is integrated into the six-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
Available equipment includes DS PIXELVISION adaptive headlights, DS DRIVE ASSIST 2.0, a head-up display, night vision, a digital rear-view mirror, battery preconditioning and vehicle-to-load (V2L).
The DS ACTIVE SCAN SUSPENSION system uses a camera to analyse road conditions, allowing the car to anticipate road irregularities.
The No7 is slightly longer than its predecessor, with a 5cm wheelbase stretch to improve passenger space.
All other dimensions are unchanged.
DS said the No7 has 30% larger rear doors than the 7, allowing larger rear windows to be fitted.
The optional panoramic sunroof is 40% larger than the previous model.
