DUNLOP and FALKEN have joined the TyreSafe charity as official supporters to reinforce their commitment to improving road safety and helping reduce tyre-related incidents across the UK.

TyreSafe said that together, DUNLOP and FALKEN represent a substantial and influential segment of the UK and European tyre market, with positions across premium, performance, SUV, passenger car and light commercial vehicle (LCV) sectors.

The addition broadens the range of manufacturers supporting TyreSafe’s mission, which aims to ensure that more motorists can benefit from consistent, evidence-based tyre safety messaging delivered through trusted household names.

As the UK begins implementing its first national Road Safety Strategy in 15 years, bringing together leading manufacturers under a common purpose has never been more important, according to TyreSafe.

For consumers, the partnership is designed to help amplify the reach of vital tyre safety education and awareness campaigns.

TyreSafe’s work is focused on helping road users understand the importance of maintaining their tyres correctly, checking pressures regularly, monitoring tread depth and identifying dangerous defects before they lead to incidents on the road.

By combining TyreSafe’s expertise with the technical knowledge, research capabilities and consumer reach of DUNLOP and FALKEN, the partnership aims to create opportunities to educate motorists, support behavioural change and encourage proactive vehicle maintenance.
