EMaC and Keyloop have announced the first phase of their new partnership, integrating EMaC service plans with Keyloop’s dealer management system (DMS) to streamline service booking and customer management.
Retailers using both systems can now automatically link customer records with existing service plans, removing the need to switch between platforms. The integration also extends to Keyloop’s online service booking tool, allowing customers with EMaC service plans to be automatically recognised when making a booking, simplifying the process for both dealers and customers.
“We’re delighted to announce our partnership with Keyloop and to go live with the first phase of our joint integration strategy,” said Liam Finney, EMaC’s director of commercial partnerships.
Further integration phases are planned for rollout throughout the year.
“Dealers using Keyloop’s DMS will now be able to provide a more seamless journey benefiting both EMaC service plan customers and dealers. The integration removes the need for service advisors to manually navigate between systems to align records, and consequently reduces the retailer’s operational overheads,” said Sebastien Fabri, partner director at Keyloop.
