EUROPCAR Mobility Group UK has appointed fleet management specialist, CBVC Vehicle Management, to manage its allocated company car fleet, in line with its ‘One Sustainable Fleet’ programme which aims at the ‘greenification’ of the Group’s fleet year after year.
The UK contract with CBVC will also support the Group’s plans by encouraging staff take-up of electric vehicles (EVs), as well as helping reduce benefit in kind (BIK) taxation.
Through the CBVC Driver Vehicle Selection Portal, Europcar Mobility Group UK employees that opt for electric will be able to trade up to the next grade of vehicle. Plus cash allowance drivers wanting to capitalise on ultra-low BIK EVs will be able to opt back into the company car scheme. Crucially, CBVC is using whole life costs to generate multi-brand vehicle lists, with its expertise not only helping employees to go electric, but its multi-bid acquisition and enhanced levels of service also delivering lower costs for the Europcar business.

CBVC will oversee ongoing maintenance management of the Europcar Mobility Group UK company car fleet, including managing the current legacy vehicles to the end of contract, as well as the company’s grey fleet cash allowance drivers
