FORMER Lombard Vehicle Management man Paulo Larkman is launching a brand new online contract hire quotation site aimed squarely at the SME market.
Larkman says that the site has been the result of extensive research into the market.

The research by CarLease247 found out why more people and businesses in the UK didn’t lease cars.
The study was conducted with business leaders and consumers across the country. Here are some of the findings.
Confusion surrounding leasing options
Some of the respondents claimed that they were confused with the many options on the internet. Some interviewed claimed that when they had made the decision to lease they found the process time consuming and frustrating.
Competitive finance
Some respondents preferred to buy their vehicles due to very competitive car finance market in the UK with banks, dealers, leasing companies and asset finance businesses all jockeying for business.
Personal service
Many respondents claimed that even though they often research their vehicle choices online, they have no intention of buying from the internet.
