FleetCheck has announced that it will hold its first Customer Conference during the 2026 Commercial Vehicle (CV) Show.

The Customer Conference is intended to bring fresh perspectives to fleet challenges, with FleetCheck asking fleet managers to bring their toughest issues.

It will take place on 22nd April at Resorts World Birmingham, close to the NEC where the CV Show is held.

Attendees will also be given the opportunity to apply to join the Customer Council, a forum for FleetCheck users.

Confirmed speakers at the Customer Conference include Citizen Housing’s business support manager Scott Fincham, SMS Energy’s fleet manager Yvonne Cannon, Adrian White Building Supplies’ general operations manager Wyatt Tait, and PSV Glass and Glazing’s group head of fleet Simon Cook.

Peter Golding (pictured), CEO at FleetCheck, said: “This event is very much timed to enable our users to maximise their day by visiting CV Show in the morning and attending our Customer Conference in the afternoon.

“Delegates will hear in detail from fleet experts about new approaches that are delivering excellent results for real operations, as well as having the opportunity to talk to others about the realities of running a fleet.

“We’ll also be very much in problem solving mode and are asking fleet managers to bring along their toughest headaches – DVSA compliance, vehicle downtime, driver behaviour and more – for in-depth workshopping with others tackling the same issues.

“Our intention is that everyone who attends will leave with strategies that can be directly applied to their operations to deliver practical benefits.

“We’ll be unveiling our vision of the Customer Council – an opportunity to road-test new product features, provide feedback, and influence future development – and asking delegates if they’d like to become involved.

“It’s an exciting development.”
