Honda Civic Tourer
And of more immediate interest to company car drivers is the public debut of the Honda Civic Tourer at Frankfurt

In the meantime, and rather more suitable for business use and company car drivers is the public debut of the Honda Civic Tourer at the Frankfurt Show.

Honda says its Civic Tourer will drop below the 100g/km mark with CO2 emissions from just 99g/km with its 1.6 i-DTEC diesel engine delivering wallet saving fuel economy of 74.3mpg.

That means when the Honda Civic Tourer goes on sale in early 2014 it will have a company car tax band of 15% for the 2014/15 tax year.

The Honda Civic Tourer will be built in Britain at Honda’s Swindon plant.
