Insignia Sports Tourer ecoFlex: drops tax to 18%

NOW YOU can carry more for less in the Vauxhall Insignia Sports Tourer estate.

The tax alchemy provided by the latest ecoFlex model drops the Insignia Sports Tourer’s lowest 22% company car tax band to 18%.

The ecoFlex model has a range of aerodynamic changes that boost the model’s CO2 emission efficiency. These include modified front air inlets, under-body spoilers that improve aerodynamics, reduced ride height and low rolling resistance tyres.

The Insignia Sports Tourer ecoFlex is powered by the same 160hp, 2.0-litre CDTi diesel available elsewhere in the range. However, there is improved torque – that low-down pulling power for improved in-gear driving flexibility – increased to 360Nm.

As a result, there is higher gearing to further improve fuel economy – now 53.7mpg, up from 47.1mpg.

The Exlusiv business model is priced from £21,515 on the road.
