Fleet management software provider Jaama has opened a consolidated head office, aiming to enhance customer support while improving collaboration and innovation.
The new head office in the Midlands will bring staff from two sites into a single central hub.
In 2026, Jaama plans to increase collaboration with its network of partners, bring multiple fleet management tools together through its Key2 software, allow operators to standardise processes and improve efficiency.
80% of Jaama staff work in customer-facing or product development roles.
Andrew Holgate, CEO at Jaama, said: “Opening our new head office is an important milestone for Jaama and reflects the momentum we have built over the past year.
“We have grown to more than 130 people by investing where it matters most: customer-facing teams and product capability, and this new office gives us the capacity to keep building at pace.
“Bringing our teams together in one space strengthens collaboration and allows us to innovate faster.
“Looking ahead to 2026, this investment ensures we are organised, scaled, and ready to lead as the market accelerates.”
Jaama said its long-term strategy will see it invest in product capability, customer engagement and modern architecture.
