Fleet management software provider Jaama has joined the G-Cloud framework, aiming to simplify the procurement process for public sector fleets.

G-Cloud allows councils, NHS trusts, emergency services, and Government bodies to research, shortlist and procure fleet technology services through a standardised marketplace.

Jaama already provides its Key2 fleet management platform to NHS Scotland, South Central Ambulance Service, and West Midlands Fire and Rescue.

It also recently secured an 8+2 year contract with the Metropolitan Police.

Jaama undertook a three-month preparation and submission process to secure G-Cloud approval.

Consultancy firm Advice Cloud assisted in developing the submission.

Jaama said that G-Cloud is the most widely used procurement framework for the UK public sector, with spend reaching £2.4bn in 2024/25.

Kelly Pinner, head of business development at Jaama, said: “Being listed on G-Cloud is a real milestone for us. The framework gives public sector organisations a straightforward, trusted route to procure technology, and it provides us with the visibility we need to reach the right people.

“There are a huge number of public sector fleets that could benefit from what Key2 delivers, and we’re looking forward to starting those conversations and demonstrating the real-world impact the platform can have on efficiency, compliance, and value for money.”
