NATIONAL Windscreens, the UK’s largest independently owned windscreen repair and replacement specialist, has a new Managing Director: Jan Teo.

Effective end November 2018, Jan replaces the recently retired former MD Pete Marsden.

Jan has an impressive record of accomplishment in senior leadership roles with blue chip organisations, most recently as Chief Operating Officer for Deutsche Bank European Service Centres and as Chief Executive at Birmingham Royal Ballet.

Jan has strong experience in motoring and financial services sectors having previously directed service and business transformation at RAC, Lex Transfleet, Fraikin, Legal & General and Barclays.

Jan said on her appointment:
