EXPERIENCED industry expert, Jon Gilbert, has been appointed Business Development Director Commercial Vehicles by BCA.

Gilbert has been tasked with developing BCA’s end-to-end strategy in the CV sector. In addition Jon will also be responsible for enhancing the processes around customer CV experience at BCA.

Jon has a proven track record in this area. he was most recently Operations Director for Vanarama and was Group Director, Customer Services for telematics supplier Masternaut. Bank leasing experience also includes senior management positions with ING/Alphabet and Lloyds TSB Autolease.

Jon commented:

“BCA is uniquely placed to deliver a comprehensive range of linked services to the commercial vehicle sector, through the combined infrastructure of portside operations, regional de-fleet facilities, vehicle logistics and preparation centres and a suite of remarketing channels, including physical, hybrid and digital exchanges.
