Kia dealers are adopting a platform from Digital INNK, which will help simplify fleet maintenance and servicing.

Digital INNK’s ViSN platform connects dealerships with fleet companies through a live platform, where drivers can book vehicles in for maintenance work, streamlining the process of fleet maintenance.

By entering a vehicle’s registration number, fleets can access Kia’s Business Service Promise, and view servicing costs.

Colin Lonergan, key account manager for fleet and insurance at Kia UK, said: “Working with Digital INNK gives Kia another way of offering our Kia Business Service Promise servicing rates for business and fleet companies that have elected to use the Digital INNK platform to book their work into the Kia Dealer network.

“This means that fleet companies can benefit from Kia main dealer servicing for just £53 per hour, along with a 10% parts discount and oil priced at just £10 per litre.”

When selecting work to be performed, the platform automatically populates the job with the correct rates, provided directly by Kia.

The platform will then locate the most suitable dealership or service centre to perform the work.

It comes after Digital INNK invested millions in its platform, using artificial intelligence (AI) to make servicing, maintenance and repair (SMR) work easier.

Mohammed Imran, COO at Digital INNK, said: “This is another significant step for our ViSN platform, which continues to grow at pace.

“The technology offers a significantly enhanced experience for drivers, fleet operators, and repairers, while our commercial model provides substantial cost savings compared to our established industry rivals.

“Integrating ViSN with another fantastic OEM is a milestone for the platform.

“Working alongside Kia UK to incorporate Business Service Promise rates in record time showcases the capabilities of our development team, and the user interface we’ve built enhances the user experience.”

Digital INNK expanded its network of service providers by 32% last year.
