WITH the FCA making it their – very important – mission to ensure that customers are not in any way misled by advertising, the pressure for leasing companies is on when it comes to making everything crystal clear.

With this in mind, Lease4Less has added a new page to their easy-to-navigate website, called Car Leasing Made Simple. Including a video, the page explains the leasing process in stages and also provides easy access to aftersales processes and links to help deal with any further queries that prospective clients might have.

Simon Wroe, Marketing Director at Lease4Less said;

“We felt that there are a lot of sites out there that show deals and information pages, but we really wanted to clarify the process for the customer so they know from the outset exactly what to expect.

“After all, if they haven’t leased a car or van before, the term ‘leasing’ is usually just thought of as being contract hire.

We also have a comprehensive online guide for each contract, covering contract hire, lease purchase, personal contract purchase and more.

“We want the customer to be able to browse our site at their leisure and contact us directly when they are ready to talk about the option and vehicle or vehicles that are right for them.”

Once the enquiry has been made, Lease4Less contact the client to provide a bespoke quotation. A dedicated account manager will oversee this process quotation and remain a point of contact throughout the process.

As all calls are monitored for training purposes, customers can be sure that they are getting the best possible customer service from the outset.
