IF you are looking for a company car supplier then perhaps Skoda should move up your consideration list.
The Czech brand has just been named ‘Most Improved Fleet Manufacturer of 2014’ in the annual customer satisfaction awards run by company car research specialist Experteye.
What is Experteye?
Experteye is a benchmarking and research specialist used by European car manufacturers, company car finance providers and management companies, and other corporate bodies.
Experteye was founded in 2002 to provide financial benchmarking services to the European leasing business, and has grown steadily since.
Skoda topped the poll taken among senior managers at 35 major UK leasing companies, who highlighted the many measures the brand has taken to improve its company car offering.
These include doubling the number of area fleet team managers working for Skoda, and introducing Business Centres right across its dealer network – particularly useful for SME small fleets wanting a local supplier and contact.
The research also highlighted Skoda’s contract hire and leasing rates, and the cars themselves, which are not only spacious and practical but also very cost-effective – official combined cycle fuel consumption ranges up to 88.3mpg and CO2 emissions as low as 85g/km, for reduced company car tax exposure, along with very competitive P11D prices.
