Lexus has slashed the on-the-road prices of its electrified SUVs, describing the move as “making premium quality electrified motoring accessible and affordable for more customers”.
The all-electric UX 300e now starts at £40,795 on the road, reduced by close to £,700 and the larger RZ 450e is on sale from £57,895, more than £2,000 cheaper than previously.
The plug-in hybrid NX 450h+ now starts from £49,995, a reduction of around £5,000 and the flagship RX 450h+ from £63,995, cut by more than £3,000.

The lower on-the-road prices have a similar effect on monthly repayments for PCP customers and for business buyers using the Lexus KINTO One business contract hire plans.
All Lexus vehicles qualify for the brand’s warranty cover that can extend up to 10 years/100,000 miles. This comprises an initial three-year manufacturer warranty, followed by up to a further seven years activated by having services carried out at a Lexus franchised dealer.
Buyers of the brand’s fully electric vehicles will also qualify for the Lexus Reserve scheme which makes a Lexus hybrid available free-of-charge for up to 42 days over a three-year period.
Commenting on the changes UK Lexus director Chris Hayes said it was a pleasure to be reversing the trend of rising prices and offering genuine reductions in the cost of ownership of battery electric and plug-in hybrid models.
“The enhanced pricing comes with no compromise: customers can be assured of the same high levels of quality, reliability and customer service that have long distinguished our brand in the premium car market,” Hayes added.
