Milltek Sport has expanded its line-up of performance exhaust systems for Hyundai’s N division, offering a premium alternative for those seeking upgrades across the full range of the brand’s high-performance models.
The systems have been developed for every Hyundai i30 N variant from 2017 onwards, as well as the i20 N, Kona N, Elantra N and the discontinued Veloster N.
Designed at Milltek’s UK headquarters and its Nürburgring-based development centre, the exhausts are engineered to enhance tone, responsiveness and overall driving character.
Milltek has supported Hyundai’s N products since the launch of the original i30 N, developing new systems as vehicles enter the market.
The latest range includes EC-approved options for road use, track-ready motorsport systems and valved or non-valved variants depending on model specification.
The company will also release new motorsport downpipes with high-flow catalysts for i30 N models before and after the introduction of Gas Particulate Filters.
Customers can personalise their cars further with a selection of tailpipe finishes, including polished stainless, Cerakote black, brushed titanium, burnt titanium and carbon fibre.

Milltek’s systems are designed specifically for full N models rather than N Line variants, which focus on styling rather than performance.
Each system is tuned to the characteristics of the individual vehicle, from the Kona N’s 275bhp turbocharged engine to the Elantra N’s dual transmission options.
The Hyundai N range joins Milltek’s broader portfolio of exhausts for performance cars, modern classics, pick-ups, vans and off-roaders.
