Nationwide Vehicle Contracts has been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, recognising its continued delivery of high customer service standards based entirely on verified customer reviews.
The Platinum Trusted Service Award is reserved for businesses that have achieved Feefo’s Gold standard for three or more consecutive years.
Nationwide Vehicle Contracts met the criteria by maintaining a service rating of 4.5 or higher from at least 50 verified customer reviews each year since 2023.
Feefo’s Trusted Service Awards were established in 2014 to highlight businesses that lead on transparency and customer experience.
Awards are determined solely through analysis of verified reviews, ensuring feedback reflects genuine customer experiences rather than incentivised or unverified ratings.
