Voting is open for the National Business Motoring Awards 2026, which return as a live ceremony at the Coombe Abbey Hotel in Coventry on 26th November.

Voting is now open for the National Business Motoring Awards 2026, and every vote cast goes into a draw for a table of ten at the ceremony itself, with dinner and drinks included.

The awards return this year as a live event, held at the Coombe Abbey Hotel in Coventry on 26 November. After running online last year, the ceremony brings finalists, winners and senior figures from across the fleet, leasing and commercial vehicle sectors back into the same room for the evening.

The category line-up has been reworked for 2026 to reflect how the industry now operates, covering the companies, products and individuals that fleet decision makers rely on day to day. Voting is open across every category and takes around two minutes.

That includes the people who rarely get the recognition. The fleet manager who always delivers, the leasing company you actually trust, the supplier who has never let you down and the rising star everyone in the sector should know about. Businesses are also welcome to put themselves forward.

“The awards exist for the people who keep fleets running, and most of them do not get told often enough that they are good at their job,” said Martin Davies, group events director at Astor Media. “Bringing the ceremony back as a live event gives the industry a proper night to do that, and it starts with the vote. If you have had a strong year, tell us about it.”

The National Business Motoring Awards recognise achievement across fleet management, leasing and rental, commercial vehicles, electrification, telematics and the supplier network that supports them.
