NEXUS Vehicle Rental has been awarded Inchcape Fleet Solutions’ daily rental supply contract following a robust tender process.

Nexus will handle the rental management for Inchcape’s customers, providing them with access to Nexus’ network of over 200 suppliers, 550,000 vehicles across 2,000 UK locations and its ‘no turndown policy’, meaning it can fulfil every booking.

The switch also offers Inchcape Fleet Solutions’ customers access to Nexus’ pioneering online rental management suite, IRIS.

This rental management and mobility system allows customers to book vehicles, extend agreements and review their business requirements.

From full billing data and real-time management information to customer service, fines and damage management, IRIS provides Inchcape Fleet Solutions and its customers with everything they need to manage their hires effectively.

IRIS can also be pre-set with any company’s booking rules, helping customers manage their costs as well.

David Brennan, Chief Executive at Nexus Vehicle Rental, said: “We truly believe in developing partnerships with our clients and we are able to deliver an efficient service offering, with access to the UK’s largest vehicle network and providing a cost-effective solution.

“I am really looking forward to seeing Inchcape Fleet Solutions and its future customers benefit through our new relationship.”
