Nexus Rental reported that 2025 was the most successful year in its history, with record profits and its strongest client retention figures to date.

Last year, 600 businesses hired a total of 217,272 vehicles through Nexus Rental.

2025 also saw Nexus develop a new fleet operations system and invest in artificial intelligence (AI) tooling, enabling it to create a more resilient and scalable infrastructure.

The firm said the advancements led to 20% of damage claims being saved on behalf of customers.

Nexus Rental also re-entered public sector frameworks, which substantially expanded its pipeline and reported double-digit growth in gross and net revenue.

Stuart Miles (pictured), chief revenue officer at Nexus Rental, said: “2025 has been a landmark year for the entire team at Nexus, from operational achievements to industry recognition through awards success.

“By navigating the ebbs and flows of the rental industry, we’ve delivered our strongest performance to date.

“Looking ahead to 2026, we have our largest business pipeline yet and are focused on converting every opportunity into success.

“Our priorities include driving new business growth, strengthening relationships with our existing customers, investing further in technology, launching several new products, and expanding internationally. I’m genuinely excited to see where the business will be in 12 months’ time.”
