Pendragon Vehicle Management, the fleet and leasing division of Pendragon PLC, has announced changes to its leadership structure.

The sales team will now led by new head of sales, Jon Hilton.

Jon moves into the role after a brief time as head of new business. Prior to this, Hilton initially joined the company in 2010 as a graduate business development executive, before progressing to customer relationship manager.

Chris Leslie takes over the role of head of new business, having previously joined the company in 2013 as business capture manager.

Leslie brings to the position 20 years of experience within the automotive industry, beginning his career as a service advisor for Volkswagen and Porsche before being promoted to sales manager for BMW and later general sales manager for the Gilder Group in Sheffield. Following this success, he owned and managed his own automotive consultancy business and worked with Inchcape as a consultant for Mercedes-Benz retail.

Meanwhile, Chris Mangan is a new addition to the team joining the company as head of rental.

Mangan has eight years of experience within the rental industry and joins from flexi rental operation, AMT Vehicle Rental, with previous roles within major daily rental business, Europcar, and a number of daily rental brokers.

Neal Francis, divisional managing director of Pendragon Vehicle Management, said;

“The new leadership structure forms the basis of our aspirations to strengthen and develop, whilst helping to enhance our service provision to new and existing customers by offering a complete and rounded variety of products via dedicated teams.

“On behalf of Pendragon Vehicle Management I would like to welcome all leaders to their new roles and look forward to both current and future customers reaping the benefits of our further service enhancements.”
