The company works with top names in the industry which forms around 60% of its business. The Buckinghamshire-based business is just five years old, but has a wealth of experienced staff, and it is growing with plans to open another office in London in the near future. Managing director Will Gardner said: “The automotive industry is quite old school in terms of recruitment and we like to do things a little differently, bringing in talent from outside where possible. “In an increasingly digital world, the industry is changing and needs to move forward with new ideas.
