Rapid Repair Network (RRN), a provider of same-day repair solutions, has appointed Henry Jones (pictured) as chief technology officer.
The newly-created role aims to underline RRN’s focus on technology leadership and innovation across the repair industry.
Jones brings experience in senior technology leadership, having spent most of his career in technology roles across a range of sectors.
Most recently, he served as technology officer at an energy consultancy, where he led digital transformation across the business, encompassing platform modernisation, data strategy and automation.
Throughout his career, Jones worked closely with both commercial and operational teams to translate technology into practical, real-world value.
In this role as CTO, Jones will focus on evolving RRN’s scheduling capability, deepening the use of data, automation and artificial intelligence, and scaling the technology platforms that support repairers, partners and customers as the business continues to grow.
Jones said: “What attracted me to Rapid Repair Network was the great team and the solid technology foundations already in place, including some really smart use of data and AI.
“I’m excited to be joining at a point where the focus is on building momentum and scaling that capability, working together to evolve the platforms and technology that support our repairers, partners and customers as the business continues to grow.”
