Renault UK is strengthening its aftersales support for fleet customers with the introduction of mobile servicing vans based on the Renault Master.

The purpose-built vehicles will make their debut at the Commercial Vehicle Show 2026 ahead of a wider rollout across the retailer network.

The mobile servicing vans are designed to reduce vehicle downtime by carrying out maintenance and servicing at customer premises, removing the need for fleets to attend workshops for routine work.

Renault said the initiative builds on its recent fleet performance, with Renault LCV ranking third in the UK true fleet market in 2025, excluding pick-ups.

Phase one of the programme has seen seven vans deployed across regions including Brighton, Stockport, Oldham, Edinburgh, West London and Swansea, with plans to expand to 25 units across the dealer network.

The vans are equipped to carry out scheduled servicing, diagnostics, software updates, battery checks and fluid changes, as well as minor warranty repairs, with work completed by trained technicians using genuine parts.

Each vehicle is based on a long wheelbase, high roof Renault Master fitted with a Blue dCi 150 engine and includes specialist equipment such as diagnostic tools, compressors and electrical systems to support mobile operations.

Renault said the approach allows dealer workshops to focus on more complex work while improving uptime and convenience for fleet operators.

Saqib Qureshi, national fleet aftersales manager at Renault UK, said: “Our mobile servicing vans are designed to make aftersales support as convenient and flexible as possible for our fleet customers.

“By bringing servicing directly to their site, we can help reduce downtime, improve uptime and offer appointments that fit around their working day.

“It’s also a great illustration of how well the Renault Master adapts to specialist conversion requirements.”
