Team success win together, teamwork or collaboration to achieve goal together, group winner or team victory concept, businessman and businesswoman colleagues hold winning trophy on first place podium.

Sandicliffe has been recognised as one of the Best Big Companies to Work For in the UK by The Times – its second consecutive year on the list and one of only two car dealership groups to feature.

This recognises Sandicliffe’s aims for employee wellbeing, career development, and an inclusive workplace culture.

With a team of 460 professionals across multiple dealerships, Sandicliffe said it has built its reputation on excellent customer service but also on the strength of its people-first philosophy.

The Times highlighted Sandicliffe’s robust management development programme and wide range of training opportunities, which support career progression across the business.

The company was found to celebrate its team, treating staff to lunch on Employee Appreciation Day and Values Day, as well as recognising personal and professional milestones, religious festivals, and achievements throughout the year.

Employee benefits include a minimum of 24 days’ annual leave (plus bank holidays), staff discounts, and access to a cycle-to-work scheme.

Paul Woodhouse, chief executive of Sandicliffe said: “Our people are the heart of everything we do.

“To be recognised by The Times for a second-year running is a real testament to the culture we’ve worked so hard to build—a place where individuals feel supported, valued, and excited about their future.

“It’s especially rewarding to be acknowledged on a national stage, outside of just the motor trade industry, by such a well-respected publication.”
