Select Car Leasing to offer fleet management services via DAVIS

A white-label version of DAVIS will allow Select customers to access fleet dashboards and perform licence checks.

Licence Check and Select Car Leasing have signed a strategic partnership, which will see the broker offer fleet management services via Licence Check’s DAVIS platform.

A white-label version of DAVIS will allow Select customers to access fleet dashboards, perform licence checks, and provide their drivers with services through the DAVIS Driver app.

DAVIS Driver offers mileage capture, vehicle inspection reporting and defect reporting.

Fleet managers can view dashboards of all exceptions, including vehicles exceeding mileage limits, recorded defects, and vehicles with no mileage reported.

Sarah Worthington, head of corporate at Select Car Leasing, said: “I did a deep dive into the fleet management offerings available in the market and DAVIS really aligned with our requirements and ticked all our boxes.

As a self-serve solution, DAVIS aims to be as appropriate for a full-time fleet manager as it is for a manager for whom fleet is only a part of their job.

“And it allows both company and grey fleet vehicles to be managed efficiently and effectively from one platform with minimal admin.

“The DAVIS Driver App was also a very important aspect in the decision as it gives drivers access to a whole range of services, including condition and mileage reporting along with key contact numbers – which is important where multiple funders might be involved.”

Select Car Leasing currently has a live fleet of more than 100,000 vehicles.
