Skoda has released a longer range, rear-wheel-drive version of its Enyaq electric SUV.
The Enyaq SportLine 85 uses the same 77kWh battery as the existing 85x model, but without the 85x’s front-mounted motor, giving the new model an additional 22 miles of range.
Available in both standard SUV and lower-roofed coupe variants, the new model has the same 286PS as the all-wheel-drive model, with a 0-62 time of 6.7 seconds.
The coupe model has a two mile longer range, due to its more aerodynamic shape, with the standard model returning 354 miles on the WLTP cycle.
Rapid DC charging allows for the battery to be charged from 10% to 80% in 28 minutes, when using a compatible charger.
Prices will start at £47,260, rising to £49,160 for the coupe, when the model goes on sale in the UK on 12th June 2025; representing a saving of £1,500 over the all-wheel-drive model.
Standard equipment includes a head-up-display, 20-inch black wheels, lowered sports suspension, a 360-degree camera, and a CANTON sound system.
Other features include: a body kit, gloss black exterior styling, front sports seats, a sports steering wheel, and progressive dynamic steering.
