The Renault Kangoo E-Tech electric offers a familiar format with an updated electric drivetrain, designed to support urban and regional business use. Built to meet the growing demand for low-emission commercial vehicles, it combines compact exterior dimensions with a load volume of up to 4.9m³*, making it suitable for a wide range of trades and delivery operations.

Powered by a 45kWh battery, the Kangoo Van E-Tech offers a WLTP range of up to 186 miles* on a single charge, depending on usage and conditions. This positions it as a viable option for daily SME operations, particularly in areas with clean air zones or restrictions on diesel-powered vans. Charging flexibility includes standard AC and rapid DC charging at up to 80kW. Features such as a flat load floor enhance usability in tight urban spaces*, supporting quick and efficient access to the cargo area. Driver comfort and in-van connectivity are also prioritised, with a digital instrument panel and available multimedia system that includes navigation and vehicle data management tools.

Renault’s longstanding presence in the UK van market, combined with its nationwide dealer and servicing network, gives fleet operators added confidence when managing downtime and maintenance costs. The Kangoo Van E-Tech delivers a balance of usable range, functionality and operational support that makes it particularly attractive for SMEs focused on sustainable transport solutions.

Jessica Bird, group editorial director at Astor Media, publisher of Business Vans, said: “The Kangoo Van E-Tech electric offers a practical and well-rounded option for SMEs ready to adopt electric without compromising on core van capabilities.”

Andy Picton, specialist residual value analyst & teamleader at Glass’s, added:

“The Kangoo Van E-Tech electric has the biggest range in this size of van. The latest model is available in two lengths and a crew van and the interior has been brought right up to date and is a worthy winner”
